No, you don't need to stage the entire house unless you want to. We know which rooms to prioritize for staging to make the biggest impact for showings and photos.
Once we've seen the property via photos or in person, we provide you with a free quote within 24–48 hours. When the quote is accepted and a staging date is confirmed, our team arrives with everything needed to complete the staging on the selected date and leaves the property market-ready. We then require a seven-day destaging notice so we can schedule to have our staging items removed from the premises.
Yes, absolutely! As long as the photos you provide represent the current layout for the property, we can use those to create a proposal for you to review.
The cost of staging depends on the layout and the amount of furniture and decor needed for staging. Our service agreement is based on the areas chosen to be staged, along with a one-time staging fee. We work on a one-month minimum.
Not only do we stage in one day, but our services include extra details like curtain installation. We also own our inventory, so there is no upcharge for furniture rentals from a middleman.
